Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to tawmae – Thomas Leleko, Spittaler Str. 1A, 28359 Bremen, Germany, support@tawmae.xyz. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient. You can use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.
You can also withdraw online at https://tawmae.xyz/withdraw. The “Vertrag widerrufen / Withdraw from contract” function leads to a review page and a “Widerruf bestätigen / Confirm withdrawal” button. We promptly acknowledge receipt by email, including the declaration and its receipt date and time. Email and postal withdrawal remain available.
If you validly withdraw, we reimburse payments received for that contract without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your declaration. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. A valid withdrawal ends the rights supplied under that contract; it does not affect separate one-time purchases. Ordinary cancellation of a subscription, in contrast, leaves continued use of versions obtained during the subscription intact.
Monthly catalogue subscription
You may request immediate access during the withdrawal period. We do not ask you to waive your subscription withdrawal right simply by accessing or downloading an extension. For this subscription we do not charge a proportional usage deduction when a consumer exercises the 14-day withdrawal right. Statutory rights in the event of defective or missing performance remain unaffected.
One-time digital-content purchases
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may expire early under § 356(6) BGB only after you expressly consent to performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledge that this loses the withdrawal right when performance starts, performance begins, and we provide the legally required contract confirmation. A checkbox alone does not remove statutory rights. Where these conditions are not met, the applicable withdrawal right remains. Digital services are subject to the applicable service rules, not automatically to this digital-content exception.
If you wish to order digital content without requesting immediate performance, contact support@tawmae.xyz before payment to arrange delivery after the withdrawal period. The automated one-time checkout requests immediate digital-content delivery. No early-loss declaration is required for the monthly subscription.

Subscription cancellation / Kündigung
Cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from withdrawal. The indefinite subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current paid period, without a further notice period. Use https://tawmae.xyz/cancel-subscription, the subscription tab in your account, or email support@tawmae.xyz. No website login is required to submit the public cancellation form. You may also submit extraordinary termination and explain the grounds. Mandatory extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected.
The online cancellation process records your declaration, its receipt time and requested end date and sends an immediate confirmation in text form. For a matched ordinary cancellation we confirm the effective end date. If a contract cannot be identified or extraordinary termination requires examination, we acknowledge the declaration immediately and clarify the effective date separately; receipt is not postponed until that clarification. If you specify no end date, cancellation is requested for the earliest possible date. You can save or print the declaration and confirmation.
