Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This cancellation policy applies to contracts concluded between you
and me via tawmae.xyz for the purchase of
digital content (extensions, overlays and similar
software components for Streamer.bot), where you act as a
consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil
Code).
For business customers (B2B), I do not grant a contractual right of withdrawal beyond the statutory provisions.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the contact details in our imprint or send an email to:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract within the statutory period and the right of withdrawal has not expired pursuant to section 4 below, I will reimburse all payments that I have received from you for the respective contract without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received your declaration of withdrawal.
For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees because of this repayment.
As the products are purely digital content, you do not have to return any physical goods. If you have already obtained access to premium content, I may technically revoke entitlements and disable further access.
4. Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire prematurely, in the cases provided for by law. This includes in particular contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloads or online access) in accordance with § 356(5) BGB.
When you purchase premium extensions or other digital content on tawmae.xyz, I usually provide access
immediately after successful payment by activating entitlements
for your Twitch account.
In order to do so during the withdrawal period, I will ask you at checkout to:
- expressly agree that I begin executing the contract (i.e. providing the digital content) before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- confirm that you are aware that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once I have begun executing the contract.
If you give this consent and confirmation, your statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as I start providing the digital content (for example by granting access to the premium extension). In that case, purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you do not give this consent, the right of withdrawal described in section 2 remains in place, but I may delay providing access to the digital content until the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Voluntary goodwill refunds for custom commissions
Separate from the statutory right of withdrawal described above, I may offer additional voluntary goodwill refunds for custom commission work, as described on the commissions page.
These goodwill refunds apply only to individually agreed custom projects and do not extend or replace the statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions (including how many revision rounds are included and what is considered within the agreed scope) are defined individually for each commission. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
